Reach For the Stars Musical, Nunsense Act

The Seneca Soundwaves Chorus performs throughout the Finger Lakes region as a full chorus or small ensemble. The chorus has entertained at such venues as Sonnenberg Gardens, Waterloo Summer Festival, Peppermint Days in Lyons, and others. Our last “big show” was a dinner musical at DiPacific’s Restaurant featuring our guest performers, the well known cabaret duo, Phyl Contestable of “Nunsense” fame and Alan Jones. We continue to sing at senior citizen housings and private parties. Our famous Singing Valentine greetings and Christmas concert, “Holiday Harmony”, are just a sampling of our annual performance offerings.
We perform a cappella harmony in a variety of musical styles- contemporary, gospel, country, patriotic and Broadway as well as traditional barbershop. Some of our songs are embellished with choreography. Our singers perform in costume and the musical program is scripted with emcee material. Our scripts are very often designed for specific audiences, so if you have a special request, please don’t hesitate to ask. Our performance fees are determined by the performance location, number of singers, and the length of the performance itself.

Most fun, educational annual event:
Young Women In Harmony Workshop for youth ages 12 to 18. This is a full day learning 4 part harmony, barbershop style, followed by a performance by the participants for their families and friends.
